1. Support the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
2. Implement the daily routine sensitively;
3. Assist in planning innovative learning experiences;
4. Contribute to assessments and planning for children;
5. Ensure smooth transitions during key times like sleep, meals, and outings;
6. Supervise meal times and adhere to policies for children's safety;
7. Follow all policies and procedures;
8. Build positive relationships with parents;
9. Promote safeguarding and child welfare;
10. Maintain cleanliness standards;
11. Complete health and safety checks diligently;
12. Follow all policies and procedures;
