• Support delivery of our 'learning through play' ethos and curriculum
• Implement daily routines sensitively
• Contribute to planning and assessing children's learning
• Support smooth transitions during daily activities
• Supervise mealtimes and ensure safety policies are followed
• Build strong relationships with parents and safeguard procedures
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Follow all policies and procedures, engage in reflective practice, and uphold high educational standards
