Position: Co-Educator (SEN Teaching Assistant)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - (end time not specified)

Experience: Experience of sensory learning and a therapeutic approach to behaviors and learning is an advantage, but training will be provided.

Our school is seeking skillful, hardworking, and caring individuals to join our friendly team due to increasing pupil numbers and internal promotions. A willingness to work with all ages across the school is essential. Experience with children or with special needs is advantageous.

Our school caters to pupils aged 3 - 19 with severe learning difficulties, including some with autism, challenging behaviors, and serious medical conditions. We pride ourselves on high-quality, enthusiastic staff who encourage pupils to reach their full potential in various aspects of development. We support staff with ongoing training and development and encourage personal growth, with opportunities for future teacher training for suitable candidates.
