Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an Early Years Practitioner in the Children Services - Education and Inclusion directorate. This permanent, term-time role is 30 hours a week and located at Best Start Family Hubs and Children's Centres, with an Enhanced DBS requirement.

You will deliver high quality EYFS aligned provision within a multi‑agency team, building strong relationships with parents/carers to ensure continuity of care.

• You will work as part of a multi-agency team within a Best Start Family Hub and Children's Centre, ensuring children are happy, safe, loved and thriving.
• You will develop professional relationships, with multi-agency services and parents / carers to ensure continuity of care for children.
• Please note, this is a 30 hours Term Time only role.

What you'll be doing:

You will work as part of a multi-agency team within a Best Start Family Hub and Children's Centre, ensuring children are happy, safe, loved and thriving.

You will develop professional relationships, with multi-agency services and parents / carers to ensure continuity of care for children.

Please note, this is a 30 hours Term Time only role.
