Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking two experienced Early Years Practitioners to deliver high-quality early years provision in Best Start Family Hubs and Children’s Centres. The role is 17.5 hours all year round, working within a multi-agency team to support children’s safe, happy and thriving development.

You will collaborate with parents, carers and other services to ensure continuity of care under EYFS guidelines, with DBS Enhanced clearance and a supportive, flexible working environment.

Qualifications

• Two positions available as Early Years Practitioners.
• Deliver high-quality early years provision aligned with EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality early years provision promoting the needs of all children.
• Work within a multi-agency team in a Best Start Family Hub and Children’s Centre.
• Develop professional relationships with multi-agency services and parents to ensure continuity of care.
