We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead and support the communications and engagement directorate, focusing on our public engagement function and strategic objectives.
Interviews are scheduled for 19th and 20th June.
Our core role is to regulate, supporting high standards in nursing and midwifery, maintaining professional registers, and investigating concerns. We aim to support our professions and the public, create helpful resources, and influence health and social care sectors through shared intelligence and advocacy.

Successful candidates may need to travel between NMC locations, which are reasonable daily commutes.
We currently operate a policy of working from the office two days a week, with the remaining time remote. Applicants should be able to commit to this schedule.
New staff are typically appointed at the bottom of the pay band, with potential for above in exceptional cases. Salaries are reviewed annually, with a progressive pay approach.
