Job summary

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Transformation to lead the transformation of services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a Local Authority in Greater London.

You will drive the AND transformation programme, oversee governance, budgets and risks, and build cross-system partnerships to secure lasting improvements in service quality and value for money.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of SEND and the education, health and social care sectors would be highly desirable.
• Strong strategic leadership, programme management and delivery expertise.
• Experience of managing complex budgets, risks and competing priorities.
• The ability to lead teams, challenge established practice and deliver measurable improvements.
• Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the AND transformation programme, ensuring clear plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of programme delivery, governance, risks, dependencies and budgets

As Assistant Director of Transformation, you will lead a major transformation programme, delivering the AND Strategy, the Local Area SEND Inspection Improvement Plan and the Safety Valve Agreement.
