Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value design projects for a main contractor.
• Strong planning and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Permission processes.
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with client procurement methods.
• On-site operations and contract procedures experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design processes during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Analyse Employer's Requirements and develop Contractor's Proposals with internal teams.
