An Assistant Costa Store Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities include maintaining effective service with emphasis on high quality, efficient service, and adherence to Costa Brand Standards.
Ensure guest service standards are set, implemented, monitored, and evaluated via Costa NPS and Costa Check.
Set up the outlet according to predetermined standards, comply with licensing regulations, and conduct staff training sessions accordingly.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, how they are prepared and presented, and ensure staff are trained accordingly.
Ensure all team members are impeccably presented and adhere to uniform standards.
Assist the F&B Manager in evaluating team performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.
Manage staff shortages and report absences as per procedures.
Ensure proper delegation and administrative procedures are followed.
Work with the Food and Beverage Manager to carry out stock takes and maintain cost control targets.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
