An Assistant Costa Store Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens to ensure high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities include maintaining effective service, ensuring standards are met and monitored, setting up outlets according to standards, complying with licensing and safety regulations, demonstrating beverage knowledge, ensuring staff presentation standards, evaluating team performance, managing staffing and administration, stock control, and achieving revenue targets.
