An Assistant Costa Store Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Maintain effective service with an emphasis on high quality, efficiency, and adherence to Costa Brand Standards.

Ensure guest service standards are set, implemented, and monitored, with continuous evaluation via Costa NPS and Costa Check.

Prepare the outlet according to predetermined operational standards.

Comply with licensing regulations, health & safety, HACCP, and Costa Brand requirements, providing staff training as needed.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all beverages served, including preparation, presentation, and staff training to ensure this knowledge is applied.

Ensure all team members are impeccably presented and adhere to uniform standards.

Assist the F&B Manager in evaluating team performance to maintain high service standards.

Support performance appraisals and provide timely feedback.

Manage staff shortages and report absences according to company procedures.

Ensure delegation structures are in place and shared among the senior team.

Complete administrative tasks related to staff management.

Work with the F&B Manager to ensure stock takes are completed timely and food & beverage costs are controlled.

Strive to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
