Job summary

You will support project leaders, develop cost management skills across a varied portfolio including commercial, residential, towers and government frameworks, and contribute to successful project outcomes while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing cost advice and support to clients across a range of projects.
• Assisting with the delivery of projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Supporting the preparation of cost plans, estimates, reports and project documentation.
• Working collaboratively with project leaders and colleagues to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Developing an understanding of commercial management, cost control and financial reporting.
• Maintaining effective communication with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Building strong client relationships and representing Currie & Brown in a professional manner.
• Taking an active role in personal and professional development, with the opportunity to work towards your APC.
