To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team.

The role:

As an Assistant Cook in one of our schools, you will assist in preparing and delivering a healthy, nutritious, and engaging menu for students and staff. Your focus will be on high-quality food and service, contributing to one of the best catering offers in the area.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing the menu using provided recipes
2. Ensuring compliance with Food Hygiene, Allergen, and Health and Safety standards
3. Building relationships with clients and customers
4. Providing friendly and polite customer service

About you:

We are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, with the following skills and experience:

• Knowledge of education catering, using fresh ingredients, and excellent craft skills
• Food Hygiene Level 2 (additional training available)
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
• Self-motivated, able to use initiative, eager to learn and motivate others
