Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Utilize your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen to create varied, nutritious menus tailored to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
  • Innovate in cooking approaches while maintaining high standards.
  • Manage all mandatory paperwork, including adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, budgets, and inventory management.
  • Cater for special events and seasonal activities, such as fetes, parties, and birthdays.
