Are you a driven and organised professional looking to step into a leadership role within resource management?

About the role:

Location: Somerset

Working hours: 8 hours per day – Monday to Friday, between 6:00 and 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collection of waste/service delivery and operational staff on the Somerset Contract in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Lead, motivate, and engage your team to exceed the client’s expectations.
• Report to and assist the Operations Manager in achieving the goals and strategy.
• Establish and maintain a culture and operating process focused on health and safety to minimise reportable accidents, lost time, and other incidents.

What you’ll need to apply:

• Experience with fleet legislation and practical experience in waste management or logistics.
• Full UK driving licence.
• HGV licence.
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
