BGIS is seeking a capable leader to manage a defined team of engineers and deliver high‑quality facility services in a London area operation. The role requires close liaison with staff, clients and senior management to ensure proactive delivery and total customer satisfaction.

Experience in supervision of engineers
Technical experience in Commercial A/C and Chillers / Applications.

The development and review of teams, appraisal, and the application of effective people management practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
