Missoma is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to lead the Selfridges London team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Concession Store Manager, energise the team, and ensure every interaction reflects Missoma’s bold, authentic, and collaborative brand.

Formación

• 1+ years’ experience in store management or team leadership, ideally in luxury retail or a high-volume customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the concession team in the absence of the Concession Store Manager; ensure smooth operations and strong communication.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; onboard new staff and support the induction programme.
• Support stock management, deliveries, audits, and inventory processes; analyse store performance and contribute to action plans.
