Job summary

Missoma is seeking a seasonal Brand Ambassador for our Selfridges Manchester concession. You will be at the heart of the customer journey, welcoming shoppers with warmth and confidence while representing the Missoma brand and values.

You’ll provide personalised styling advice, deliver exceptional service from first contact to purchase, and build lasting relationships through follow-ups and tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus).
• Natural communicator who is warm, engaging and proactive.
• Passionate about fashion, jewellery and helping people express themselves.
• Comfortable using digital tools and tech to support the customer journey.
• A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excited to grow with a brand that’s constantly evolving.
