Missoma in Marlow is seeking a seasonal Brand Ambassador to welcome customers, share our demi-fine jewellery story, and represent the Missoma brand with warmth and style. You will guide customers through their journey, offer personalised style advice, and help maintain a clean, visually inspiring store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (luxury retail is a plus).
• Warm, engaging and proactive communicator.
• Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and helping people express themselves.
• Comfortable using digital tools to support the customer journey.
• Team player with a can-do attitude and a love for learning.
• Excited to grow with a brand that’s constantly evolving.

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador

What We’re Looking For
