Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Assistant Complex Manager to lead on‑park entertainment, retail and food & beverage operations across our UK locations. You will support budget delivery, monitor costs and stock, and drive improvements through regular stocktakes while leading and developing your teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will deputise for the Complex Manager, maintain high standards, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold our brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and operations in a multi venue food & beverage environment.
• A strong customer focus and the ability to role‑model exceptional guest service.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing teams.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Responsibilities
