Assistant Company Secretary
Hybrid – Glasgow. 2 Days onsite at HQ
Purpose of Role: The Assistant Company Secretaryplays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of the company. You will support Complex Changes, Board and Committee Support, whilst assisting with any Subsidiary Governance. This role is integral to maintaining effective corporate governance and ensuring the company meets all legal and regulatory obligations
