Job Description

This interesting and diverse investment manager, operating in over 8 jurisdictions globally, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role is newly created within the team and will report directly to the General Counsel, who is also the Co-Chief Operating Officer. The company's structure is relatively flat, providing excellent exposure to core operations, ideal for someone with a commercial and dynamic mindset.

The group has a complex structure as a diversified asset manager, managing numerous corporate and partnership vehicles. Experience within the asset management industry, particularly with Funds and SPVs, would be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders, and be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues. A significant aspect of the role involves working with individuals across different jurisdictions and external counsel to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the group's vehicles. Candidates at all levels are encouraged to apply, including those not yet CGI qualified.

The London office is located in SW1, with a hybrid working policy of 2-3 days per week in the office. The package includes a competitive salary and discretionary bonus, commensurate with experience. A full job description is available upon request.
