Job Description

As our Chief Concierge's 2IC, you will be assisting in managing our Concierge team across Hotel operations. You will be:

  • Assisting in efficiently managingthe Concierge team ensuring the highest standards of luxury service are consistently delivered.
  • Leading by example in assistingguests with queries andprovidingrecommendations. You will be knowledgeable onWhat's Onin Sydney and be able to provide assistance with dining experiences, tickets to a show, attraction to see or transportation.
  • Fostering a consistent and guest-centric culture within the team to be able to deliver a guest experience like no other in line with our luxury brand standards.
  • Motivating and mentoring the team supporting their career growth.
  • Learning from our experienced Chief Concierge and Hotel leadership team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this newly created role, you will have:

  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment or luxury service role
  • The demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service exceeding expectations
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively manage priorities
  • Demonstrated versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
  • Proven team management experience
  • The desire to continue your own learning & growth as we work together to achieve goals
