About the role

We are seeking talented Talent Partners to join our CleanTech team on a 6-month FTC, with potential for permanence. The role involves visiting clients onsite in Bath to build relationships, with clients including Snyk, ASOS, Williams Racing, among others. We focus on outcomes over KPIs or targets, leveraging data-driven processes and innovative people strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Visiting clients weekly to foster relationships
• Developing attraction and delivery strategies
• Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates
• Advising on recruitment best practices
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment process design
• Partnering with hiring managers
• Conducting candidate screens and interview debriefs
• Maintaining accurate data and reporting
• Participating in team meetings and sharing solutions
• Market research and trend analysis

Skills required:

• In-depth general and administration experience, preferably in CleanTech
• Exceptional headhunting and delivery skills
• Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment
