Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking an Assistant Chef to cover Belrelands & Malin Court on bank shifts. You will support the Head Chef in preparing healthy, nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences, and engage with residents to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering/kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to prepare and serve nutritious meals suitable for residents.
• Good understanding of hygiene and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meals during dining services.
• Assist Head Chef and maintain kitchen hygiene and equipment.
• Follow COSHH and HACCP regulations to ensure high hygiene standards.
