Qualifications

• Requires Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Able to work well with Residents and colleagues.
• Organised and deadline-focused with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist First Chef and take charge in their absence.
• Cook and serve nutritious, appealing meals for Residents.
• Manage food stock and budget where possible.
• Support kitchen cleanliness and safety practices.
