Qualifications

• A passion for cooking with experience in a fresh food kitchen.
• Relevant hygiene certificates required.
• You’ll enjoy communicating with others and helping residents feel at home.

Responsibilities

• Create varied and nutritious menus for residents.
• Suggest ideas to enhance dining experiences and resident comfort.
• Train and manage kitchen team in prep, cooking and serving of food.
• Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, manage orders/deliveries.
• Cater for special events and seasonal activities.
