Protyre Autocare are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and commercially focused Assistant Centre Manager to join our growing team. We are a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities.

As the Assistant Centre Manager you will assist with delivering business objectives through effective management and co-ordination of the Centre, while ensuring high customer service, centre standards and leading in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience leading a workshop team.
• Strong customer-facing and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Centre Manager in daily depot operations.
• Support workshop team with mechanical tasks if needed.
• Contribute to hitting Centre targets and KPIs.
• Oversee stock value maintenance in the centre.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold policy compliance.
• Ensure work adheres to Company Policies and Procedures.
