University of Warwick is looking for an Assistant Campus Cleaning Services Manager to support and deputise for the Campus Cleaning Services Manager. The role is campus-based with flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.

You will lead a team to achieve quality standards, maintain systems and safety procedures, and deliver cost-effective, efficient service with a focus on customer satisfaction. The position is designed for a hands-on leader who can manage resources and deadlines

About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Campus Cleaning Services Manager to join the Campus Cleaning Services team working in our Non Residential, PM team. We are looking for an individual to assist in leading the team to achieve quality standards, maintain systems and safety procedures and to deliver a cost effective, efficient and customer focused Assistant Management. To support and deputise for the Campus Cleaning Services Manager. Flexibility is Essential for this role. Some weekends and evenings working will be required throughout the year depending on business needs. The role is campus based. Please note the usual hours, subject to change: Mon 11:30am - 7pm, Tues/Wed 2pm - 10pm, Thurs 12:30pm - 8:30pm, Fri alternates beween 12:30pm - 8:30pm and 2pm - 10pm.
