About The Role

We are looking for an inspiring Assistant Café Manager to join our Farmshop in Pimlico, reporting to the Café Manager. You will engage a team of Café Members to deliver weekly sales targets and drive business performance.

SALARY: £29,000 + Tronc

HOURS: Full time 40H

Responsibilities
  • Inspiring the team by sharing updates on the future of Daylesford and Daylesford’s vision
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with team members
  • Encourages teamwork, recognising the strengths of their team
  • Celebrates successes and motivates others to succeed
  • Works with the management team to plan long-term development for individuals and for the benefit of the company
  • Coaches and mentors team members to identify their strengths and areas for development
  • Delegates effectively
  • Sets clear standards for the team
  • Leads by example
  • Anticipates customer needs and plans accordingly
  • Continuously reviews service and identifies gaps for improvement
