What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure efficient front and back of house restaurant operations, as well as maintain high team productivity
• Ensure the highest service standards are maintained, complaints, if any, are dealt with quickly and effectively
• Maintain the outlet’s revenue, profitability, quality goals and service standards
• Train new and current employees on standard operating procedures and service excellence
