ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an inspiring Assistant Café Manager to join our Farmshop in Pimlico. Reporting to the Café Manager, you will engage a team of Café Members to deliver weekly sales targets and drive business performance.

SALARY & HOURS

Salary: £29,000 + Tronc
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspire the team by sharing updates on the future of Daylesford and Daylesford’s vision.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with team members.
• Encourage teamwork, recognizing the strengths of team members.
• Celebrate successes and motivate others to succeed.
• Work with the management team to plan long-term development for individuals and the company.
• Coach and mentor team members to identify their strengths and areas for development.

• Proficiency in sustainable and organic food practices, including sourcing ingredients, reducing waste, and implementing eco-friendly processes.
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle high customer volumes efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
