Job Description:

Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our urban Town House in central London. The heart of the brand is set amidst 400 acres of beautiful, privately owned countryside and comprises three distinctively designed venues that make up the hotel, four restaurants, and a Health Club & Spa, as well as indoor and outdoor activities, including a home cinema and meeting spaces for all occasions.

What binds our hotels together is the Beaverbrook ethos – a warmth and thoughtfulness that makes every guest and employee journey unforgettable and that reflects our approach to exceptional experiences. Striving to turn visions into reality, for guests and employees alike, through unique opportunity and emotional hospitality, Beaverbrook offers something truly special within remarkable surroundings.

The Role

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will lead our restaurant team to deliver an exceptional, seamless experience for our visitors through their food and beverage journey in The House at Beaverbrook. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, excellence, customer service, and the world of food & beverage.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Japanese Grill and will be responsible for our guests and employees.

The Person

You will have good experience working within a similar restaurant. You will thrive on delivering high standards and have experience successfully leading, inspiring, and motivating your team. Developing the team on products, menu contents, ingredients, and enhancing the guest experience will be a daily focus.

You will represent Beaverbrook through your presence, personal presentation, and excellent communication skills from day one.

If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!

In addition to a competitive reward, we are committed to investing heavily in your development and helping you grow a long-term career with Beaverbrook.

As a member of our team, you can expect to receive:

  • Discounts on retail, gym memberships, cinema tickets, and more with Hospitality Rewards App
  • Wide range of recognized qualifications and development opportunities
  • Discounted rates on Food & Beverage
  • 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), rising by 1 day each year for 5 years
  • Pension
  • Life Insurance
