Job Description

1. This position is responsible for the daily management of the restaurant, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are provided to guests.
2. Respond professionally, politely, and efficiently to extraordinary requests and complaints from guests.
3. Assist the Restaurant Manager in conducting departmental daily briefings to ensure all team members are well-informed.
4. Supervise team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to standards.
5. Build good relationships with guests and regular patrons; remember individual preferences to provide personalized service.
6. Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage services, contents, preparation methods, outlets, and hotel services/features.
7. Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet and back-of-house areas to comply with sanitation and hygiene regulations.
8. Be prepared for a split shift working schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the same position at a Chinese restaurant.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin and basic understanding of the language is an advantage.
