Baily Garner LLP is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Eltham team. This role focuses on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives within a multidisciplinary consultancy that values development and collaboration.

You will work on diverse projects, attend site visits, produce reports, valuations, surveys, and specifications, while developing APC credentials and a commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience.
• Pursuing APC certification.
• Full driving license and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Site visits and associated reports.
• Production and issue of Monthly Valuations.
• Condition survey reports.
• Light CAD work.
• Specification Writing.
• General Contract Administration.
