Job summary

Baily Garner LLP is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Eltham team on a hybrid basis. You will support experienced professionals in a multidisciplinary practice, focusing on housing, education, commercial and care projects, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc Hons Building Surveying, have residential surveying experience and JCT contract administration exposure, and are committed to APC certification.

Qualifications

• BSc Hons Building Surveying degree
• Residential building surveying experience
• Experience with JCT contracts and administration
• Retrofit experience is an advantage but not essential
• Commitment to APC certification

Responsibilities

• Support delivery on diverse housing, education, commercial projects
• Assist in contract administration and project delivery
