Colliers’ Investment Property Management team in London is seeking an ambitious Assistant Building Manager to support the management of Berkeley Square and other trophy assets across Central London. You’ll work with Building Managers, occupiers, contractors and client teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards for some of the capital’s most prestigious buildings.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and operation of Berkeley Square and other trophy assets within the portfolio.
• Assist in delivering a best-in-class occupier experience through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate hard and soft service contractors to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed standards.
• Support compliance activities, ensuring statutory inspections, risk assessments and certificates remain up to date.
• Assist with service charge management, budget monitoring and invoice processing.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure any issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Support sustainability, ESG and wellbeing initiatives across the portfolio.
• Manage occupier queries and building communications in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and business continuity planning.
• Maintain accurate property records and management reports.
