• Experience in a similar tool hire environment.
• Experience in a supportive role.
• Excellent communication skills demonstrated in a customer-facing role.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced branch.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and team in day-to-day duties.
• Supervise the hire desk and driver schedules for efficient deliveries and collections.
• Support the workshop ensuring assets are in good working order and repairs are managed.
• Maintain awareness of P&L with a proactive approach to maximising profitability.
• Assist in compliance of branch operations and handle administrative duties.
• Ensure branch colleagues are trained and developed to perform their roles.
