Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager, lead the Sales Advisor team and drive branch performance. You will focus on delivering sales, customer satisfaction and monthly targets while promoting our brand and initiatives.

The role requires a proactive leader with a track record in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, capable of coaching others and maintaining strong customer relationships. 45-hour week, Mon-Fri with Saturday rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales, target-driven environment with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales, margin and profit performance to meet budget.
• Monitor and coach Sales Advisors to meet KPIs.
• Communicate performance updates and provide constructive feedback.
• Recognise excellence and motivate the team through positive communication.
• Engage the team to achieve branch goals and address disruptions.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and keep the Branch Manager informed.
• Provide solutions when customer service standards are not met.
• Promote a solution-based service mindset.
