Job summary

Jewson in Redruth is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the branch team and deliver excellent customer service. You will know our product lines, understand customer needs, and provide proactive advice to drive sales growth.

This role involves managing orders, deliveries, stock control, and health & safety within the team. The ideal candidate has a proven sales background with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with building materials knowledge being

• Proven background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line support to the Branch Manager and lead the team to deliver success.
• Develop relationships with customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing proactive advice.
• Use in-house systems to process orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels and lead the team on Health & Safety at work.
