Job summary

The Bulls Head East Leake, part of Chilled Pubs, is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a busy bar team and drive an exceptional guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Bar Manager on coaching, shifts, and performance reviews to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality management experience, a dynamic, friendly personality, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
• Strong people leadership and motivation skills.
• Ability to manage stock, cost control and cellar operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager on staff briefings and development.
• Own stock management including ordering and cost control.
• Create the right atmosphere with lighting, music and service quality.
• Work across main and cocktail bars to deliver top-quality service.

What you'll do:

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
