Job summary

The Bulls Head East Leake is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join our vibrant pub team. You will lead the bar crew, work with the Bar Manager on staff development, manage stock, and ensure exceptional service across the main and cocktail bars.

We offer a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong growth plans and a focus on great guest experiences. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience is essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire the bar team.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager on staff briefings, 1:1s, and performance development.
• Take ownership of stock management, including ordering, costs, and cellar standards.
• Create the right atmosphere with lighting, music, and service excellence.
• Work across the main bar and cocktail bar to deliver top-quality service.
• Recommend products with confidence and engage with guests.
