Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management is essential.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
• Stock management and cost control experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire your bar team.
• Collaborate with the Bar Manager on briefings, 1:1s and development.
• Own stock management, ordering, and cellar upkeep.
• Create the perfect atmosphere with lighting, music and service.
• Work across main bar and cocktail bar delivering top-quality service.
• Recommend products confidently and engage with guests.
