Vale Resort Group is seeking an Assistant Vale Bar & Grill Manager to enhance the Food & Beverage operations. You will work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient team development.

This hands-on role involves leading staff, managing rotas, assisting with payroll, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with rota planning and labour management.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of all Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop supervisors and team members.
• Manage staff rotas to ensure effective staffing levels.
• Champion outstanding customer service.
• Coach and train colleagues for development.
• Assist with payroll administration and absence management.
• Monitor service standards and departmental compliance.
• Resolve guest enquiries and operational challenges.
