Job summary

Handelsbanken in Oxford South is recruiting an Assistant Banking Manager. You will manage account administration for new and existing customers, including significant direct customer contact, electronic banking, and the inward account transfer process.

The role sits in the Oxford South branch, working with colleagues to ensure the highest levels of service and to achieve the Business Plan goals. You will liaise with lawyers and valuers during lending processes, maintain compliance with

Qualifications

• Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with lending documentation and AML/KYC procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of facility letters and other account documentation.
• Completion of documentary requirements for lending facilities up to drawdown, coordinating with lawyers and valuers.
• Ongoing and annual account reviews to ensure compliance with documentation.
• Account administration of new and existing customers with direct customer contact.
• Liaison with internal departments and external counterparties to ensure high service levels.
• Support of branch marketing and development of local professional relationships.
