Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assistant or senior service advisor role within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the aftersales department to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support and manage Service Advisors to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Achieve and maintain departmental targets related to profitability and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer contacts.
• Monitor service processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Allocate resources effectively and assist with workload management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of aftersales processes and standards.
