Job summary

Our superb client, based in Norwich, is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

You will be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, monitoring debt, reporting on aged debt, supporting monthly management accounts, providing analytical information, processing bonuses and authorisation of payments daily, variance analysis and processing accruals and prepayments.

Qualifications

• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and debt monitoring.
• Experience compiling monthly management accounts and reports.
• AAT Level 3 or equivalent; QBE considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor aged debt.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and reporting.
• Process bonuses and authorisation of payments; run variance analyses and accruals/prepayments.
