Job summary

Robert Half is recruiting a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for a well-established organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month contract. The role requires experience in Accounts Payable with strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise and the ability to process high volumes of invoices.

You will manage reconciliations, payment runs and support month-end activities, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain accurate records.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is available at short notice and has strong experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing high-volume supplier invoices Matching, batching and coding invoices
• Managing supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolving invoice and payment queries
• Preparing payment runs
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Maintaining accurate records within SAP S/4 HANA
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role Strong SAP S/4 HANA experience is essential
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
