Job summary

Robert Half is recruiting an Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established organisation in Swindon on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Payable and SAP S/4 HANA, with the ability to handle high invoice volumes and provide accurate reconciliations.

You will process supplier invoices, match and code them, manage supplier statement reconciliations, prepare payment runs, and support month-end activities.

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in Swindon on an initial 3-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is available at short notice and has strong experience working with SAP S/4 HANA.

Key Responsibilities Processing high-volume supplier invoices Matching, batching and coding invoices

Managing supplier statement reconciliations

Resolving invoice and payment queries Preparing payment runs Supporting month-end close activities

Maintaining accurate records within SAP S/4 HANA

Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers

Required Skills & Experience Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role

Strong SAP S/4 HANA experience is essential

Experience processing high volumes of invoices

Strong reconciliation skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
