Job summary

Robert Half is recruiting a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant for a well-established organisation in Swindon on an initial 3-month contract. The role requires experience in Accounts Payable with strong SAP S/4 HANA expertise and the ability to process high volumes of invoices.

You will manage reconciliations, payment runs and support month-end activities, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable role.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices with strong reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier invoices: matching, batching, coding.
• Manage supplier statement reconciliations.
• Resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Prepare payment runs.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Maintain records in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
